Raspberry and Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Apple
  • 150 g Raspberries
  • 150 ml Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Porridge oats
  • 100 ml McQueens Dairies Milk

Instructions
 

  • Take your apple and chop into small slices.
  • Then pop the apple and the rest of your ingredients into your blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Pour, drink and enjoy
