  • 150 ml Yoghurt
  • 250 ml McQueens Dairies Milk

Instructions
 

  • Take your banana and slice it horizontally into small pieces. Pop the chopped banana into your smoothie maker or blender.
  • Add your yoghurt to the blender. The yoghurt is optional but it makes for a protein-packed and creamy smoothie.
  • Add your McQueens Dairies milk to the blender. You can choose from whole, semi or skimmed milk.
  • Finally, blend until smooth and then serve.
