£150 Amazon Voucher Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. The Prize Draw
1.1 Customers who complete the survey during the promotional period will have the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw to win a £150 Amazon voucher.
1.2 Entry into the prize draw is subject to the eligibility criteria and terms set out below.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who are existing, active McQueens Dairies customers at the time they complete the survey.
2.2 Employees of McQueens Dairies, its associated companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
2.3 By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Prize Draw Period
3.1 The prize draw opens at 00:00 on 8 September 2026.
3.2 The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 31 October 2026.
3.3 Surveys completed after the closing date will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.

4. Prize
4.1 There is one prize available: a £150 Amazon voucher.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
4.3 Amazon is not a sponsor or administrator of this prize draw.

5. Winner Selection
5.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the prize draw period.
5.2 The winner will be selected after the prize draw closes.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final.

6. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
6.1 The winner will be notified by email within seven days of the closing date.
6.2 The winner must respond to the notification email and claim their prize within seven days of being notified.
6.3 If the winner does not respond or claim the prize within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
6.4 The alternative winner will be contacted by email and will also have seven days to claim the prize.

7. General Terms
7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or that it reasonably believes to be invalid or fraudulent.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
7.3 By completing the survey and entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
