I’m not happy about the products just getting slat all over my front porch in an untidy manner so my daughter trips over them when she’s going to school when I asked for them to be put at the back gate so they don’t get stolen , sort it out or I will cancel !!!!!!

It’s a shame we only got one delivery, the 2nd delivery of the week never happened. I phoned customer service and a very helpful guy said not to worry it would be sorted for the next week. Then an email arrived explaining that as there wasn’t enough customers in our area they wouldn’t be able to deliver to us anymore. The milk was tasty 🙁

The milk is great. I had left a request for my order to be left by the garden gate in the driveway, it was left by the front door, so far nothing has gone missing luckily.

It’s great but would be even more greater if you had the Organic Milk in stock. It’s has been replaced with Premier on a few occasions now although the Premier range is still OK as a substitute whilst you’re low on stock

Unfortunately the second week there were no deliveries at all and no email or text to exolain. I did send an email but got no reply and eventually I telephoned the company. Only to be told that the delivery driver would not deliver to my address as it was too far out and not viable. I was ok with this although disappointed but the fact no-one choose to let me know was inconvenient. I wish I could have my milk delivered by McQueens as the milk good and perhaps if more customers in my area emerge this can be possible. Maybe an advertising campaign would help?
