Customer Collections Advisor

McQueens Dairies is an established and expanding family dairy in UK, with a proven track record of continued growth. Trading since 1995, our aim was to update the traditional doorstep delivery which was beginning to disappear.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Collection Advisor to join the team.

The role;

· Responsible for escalated issues from the Credit Control team

· Answer any customer queries regarding disputes with invoices

· To monitor and review customer debt – Collection through phone, email and letters

· Ability to overcome stalls and objections to come to agreement for debt collection

· Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with customers

· Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems

About You;

· Excellent communication skills

· Previous telephone experience

· Previous Customer Service experience or Credit Control experience

· Great problem solving skills

· Track record in customer query management

· Ability to work both a team and as an individual

· Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team

· Ability to strive within a busy environment

· Knowledgeable on MS Office

The Job;

Full-Time Permanent Contract

Working days: Monday to Friday (NO WEEKEND WORK) – 40 hours per week

Basic pay – £8.89 per hour

Uncapped commission – OTE £20,000 per annum
