Quite rightly, you’ll want to know the steps involved to securing a role at McQueens Dairies. It’s simple, we’ve broken it down into four steps below.
Apply. Find a role that sounds up your street, and send in your CV and application. Easy!
Screen. Our recruiting team will have a read through your application, and get in touch to ask a few questions, and potentially invite you to an interview.
Interview. Depending on the role, your interview will be conducted remotely, at our offices, or at one of our Depots across the country. It will be a friendly chat to explain the role further and get to know you better.
Offer. If the hiring manager thinks you fit the bill- then congratulations! Our recruitment team will make an offer of employment and will arrange start dates and answer any final questions.
