A key element of our growth is the opening of our new dairy in Cairn Place, East Kilbride and we have opportunities for machine operators within our Production team.

About the Job

Rate – Negotiable on Experience.

Shifts – 40 Hours, 5 days over 6

Job Purpose – To operate filling machines to supply finished milk packaged products.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure that hygiene and cleanliness standards of all personnel and equipment are maintained.
• To ensure the achievement of daily production requirements in relation to the figures set by the production management team
• To administer and update all required documentation & records relating to filler operation.
• Ensure that fillers and production equipment is properly cleaned and sterilised.
• To ensure that agreed daily cleaning schedules, routines and procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Ensure that the wastage of materials, products and services is kept to a minimum.
• To carry out average weights testing in accordance with company procedures to ensure legal compliance.

Essential Experience

• Must have previously worked as a machine operator in a FMCG environment, preferably food manufacturing.
