Using the customer portal

We’reΒ upgrading our online portal, so you may now seeΒ a new version.Β 

We’re moving customers across in stages to make sure everything works smoothly – there’s nothing you need to do, and your account details and deliveries won’t be affected.Β

If you’ve already been moved, you’ll need to use the new portal. If not, you can continue using the old portal for now.Β 

We’re doing this gradually to make sure everything works smoothly. All customers will be moved to the new portal soon.Β 

Within the portal you can:

  • Pause deliveries
  • Update products or quantities
  • Change delivery dates

We’re continuing to improve the portal and will be adding more features over time to give you even more control over your deliveries.

Even if youΒ haven’tΒ received an email, you can still register and log in.Β 

The quickest way to check if you have been moved to the new portal is to try registering using your customer number or email address.Β 

  • If you can register,Β you’reΒ ready to use the new portalΒ Β 
  • If you can’t, you haven’t been moved across just yet and can continue using the current portal for now

If your emailΒ isn’tΒ recognised, try using your customer number insteadΒ –Β this usually means the email we have on file is different.Β 

Manage your account or get help

In most cases, you don’t need to contact us at all.

Your online portal lets you make changes straight away, without needing to call or wait for a response. It’s the quickest way to stay in control of your deliveries.

If you do need help with something more complex, our team is always here to support you.

  • If you would like to change or amend a delivery you can do this within our portal.
  • If you need to speak to someone, our call center is open from 8 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday at 0330 555 5588.

Payment & Account Information

We no longer offer cash collections. We now use Direct Debit for payments, which many customers find more convenient.Β 

We’ve transitioned all payments to weekly Direct Debit to make it easier for our customers. Payments are taken in arrears, and you’ll be billed the week after receiving your milk.

Milk Delivery Information

In many cases, yes! We deliver to flats as long as there’s a safe place to leave your order and access doesn’t require a key, fob or entry code.Β 

Because we deliver early in the morning (often overnight), we’re not able to access buildings with secure entry systems.Β 

Our routing team reviews each address to make sure delivery is possible – we’ll always let you know if we’re not able to reach your building.Β 

If you live in a flat or apartment, please double-check that your entrance can be accessed without a key or code.Β If you place an order and we’re unable to access your building, our team will get in touch and issue a full refund.

Yes, we do provide office milk delivery, ensuring your staff can enjoy their morning brew before 7 am.

Our Milk

Many customers prefer milk delivery services to support local farmers. Our milk stays fresh for around 10 days.

Once opened, milk generally lasts for 10 days depending on fridge temperatures and proper handling.

Yes, we offer organic milk in both glass bottles and plastic cartons!

Yes, McQueens Dairies have been delivering milk for 25 years and can guarantee delivery to your doorstep before 7 am.

Yes, our alternative milk range includes lactose-free milk, almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk, and soya milk. We deliver these alternatives to your door before 7 am.

No, we also offer a range of alternative milk, juice, delicious free-range eggs, and yogurt.

We source our milk from a farmer-owned co-operative called First Milk, which consists of local British farmers. This guarantees top-quality milk produced to the highest standards, with a focus on animal care and welfare and environmental responsibility.Β

We source our milk from British farmers, primarily through our own growing network of directly partnered, family-run farms. This direct-supply approach allows us to support local farming communities, maintain high quality, and pay a fair, sustainable price. Additionally, a proportion of our milk is sourced from First Milk, a farmer-owned cooperative as part of a balanced, resilient supply chain.

We focus on paying farmers fair, sustainable prices over time, either through direct agreements with family-run farms or via a farmer-owned cooperative, where year-to-date averages remain competitive within the UK dairy sector.

Milk delivery saw a decline as supermarkets began selling milk in plastic cartons after deregulation in the ’90s. However, we continue to provide milk delivery services.

All children under 5 who attend approved day care facilities are entitled to receive 1.3 pints of milk every day. You can apply by completing our form.

At McQueens Dairies, we use specially designed Volkswagen Transporter Dropside vans for deliveries rather than traditional milk floats.
