Here at McQueens, we’re the original subscription service! We’ve been delivering milk (and other delights) for nearly thirty years, reviving and modernising the traditional milk delivery. And with that, we’re building a team who can spread the word and help get arguably the freshest milk in the country delivered directly to doorsteps for 7am. 🚚

🥛 Weekend plans! A reliable Monday to Friday job, working 30 hours a week with 10 hours of paid travel included (and overtime is available if you want it)
🥛 Great pay – With a brilliant basic salary of £25k, you can make up to £50k with bonus.
🥛 No other costs – Don’t worry about using your own vehicle, we’ll provide a company car to take you ‘on location.’
🥛 Paid weekly – Both your basic salary and bonus when achieved are paid weekly, keeping you topped up throughout the month.

🥛 No fancy requirements – Whilst we do ask if you can drive or have prior sales experience, this isn’t a requirement.
WHO IS THIS JOB FOR?
Working with the public, at their door, is a role that requires initiative and a fundamental can-do positive attitude. But if building rapport and charisma, whilst selling a genuinely fantastic service is a bit of you, then it very well be a good fit.
People buy people, so you’ll need to bring your best big positive attitude, building rapport at the doorstep, all with the goal of qualifying if the customer would benefit from milk deliveries.

A typical day in your new role:
🥛 You’ll meet at a central location with your team, to discuss your goals for the day, objectives and to confirm your location.
🥛 As a team, you’ll car share (so bonus points if you can drive and sell!) to your location, and use our tablets to begin knocking on doors to introduce (or remind!) potential customers about the joy of milk delivery.
🥛 At the doorstep, you’ll capture the customers details on your tablet, giving the customer the full picture about when we deliver, what we deliver, associated costs, and signing them up with a smile.
🥛 At the end of your day, you’ll travel back together, before catching up with your Team Leader with a recap for the day and signing off.
