Earn yourself and a friend up to £500 each when you refer them to become a driver at McQueens Dairies.
Make a Recommendation
The following scheme is available for the role of ‘driver’ only and is a separate scheme to our regular recommend a friend scheme. If you recommend an applicant and following our normal interview and selection process they are recruited for a permanent position as a driver the following payments will apply:
At six months service the Employee who recommended the new Driver will receive a payment of £250 if they are still employed and the driver they recommended is still employed. This will be paid through the normal payroll process and subject to any normal deductions.
The new hire driver who was recommended will receive a payment of £250 if still employed. This will be paid through the normal payroll process and subject to any normal deductions
At 12 months service the Employee who recommended the new Driver will receive a payment of £250 if they are still employed and the driver they recommended is still employed. This will be paid through the normal payroll process and subject to any normal deductions.
The new hire driver who was recommended will receive a further payment of £250 if still employed. This will be paid through the normal payroll process and subject to any normal deductions.

As this is a personal recommendation, it is important that you know the person well enough in order for you to endorse their work ethic and personal character.
You cannot refer someone who has previously worked for the company.
Any recommendation that is being made will be accepted for interview as long as a live application has not already been received by McQueens from any other source.
Anyone found to be abusing the scheme may be subject to Disciplinary action.
This scheme excludes Logistics Managers, Depot Managers & Assistant Depot Managers.
