When I was young, it tastes like it’s straight from the cow.
I started using McQueens Dairies organic milk a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. The milk tastes incredibly fresh and creamy, and you can really notice the difference compared to supermarket milk.
I really appreciate that they reuse the glass bottles – it feels great to support a more sustainable option. At first, I was a bit concerned about how the delivery would work since I live in a flat, but I haven’t had any issues at all. I simply leave the empty bottles outside my door and collect the fresh milk in the morning. It’s easy, convenient, and fits perfectly into my routine. I’m really hoping to keep this service long-term!

Due to the rain the egg box had fallen apart as it was so soggy. I needed to change the eggs into my own box before I brought them inside. Eggs were lovely though.

This review is not a reflection on the products it is purely on the customer service. The women I spoke to you on the phone yesterday was incredibly rude and upsetting. I explained to her that I was unhappy about my order being left at the bottom of my close for anyone to steal. She was abruct with her replies and had no sympathy for my worries whatsoever. She spoke to me like I was an idiot for suggesting if I could recieve a message in someone that my milk had left at the close door. She the proceeded to say with an aggressive attitude “I actually called you today to set you up with a direct debit” i told her absolutely not obviously and would like to cancel any further orders. She snapped at me and said I would need to call a different number. I said im actually at work just now I wouldn’t have time, I asked is there a way to do that online? Again with speaking to like an idiot “nooooo Miss Donnelly you can’t do that online” I said well im at work I’ll phone back later or tomorrow. She had no respect for this and kept me on the phone asking me abruptly and raising her voice “what exactly do you want me to here Miss Donnelly” this whole encounter was incredibly upsetting and shocking. I will never be using this service again.

My kids loved the chocolate milk. It would be great to have the option of dairy-free flavoured milk though. Chocolate flavoured oat milk would be smashing
