⭐ Very Disappointing Customer Service and Delivery Experience
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with McQueen’s Dairy.
I had ordered 2 Organic Whole Milk in Glass Bottle (1 Pint), Large Free Range Eggs (Pack of 6), and McQueen’s Greek Style Natural Yogurt. When I went to collect my delivery, I found that the milk and yoghurt were missing. Only the eggs were left on the ground floor.
My main concern is that the delivery was left outside the building in an unsecured area, making it very easy for someone to take the products.
I contacted McQueen’s Dairy to report the issue, but I was very disappointed with the response. I was simply told that McQueen’s is not responsible for the missing products and that the responsibility lies with the delivery person. I was also told that I would have to bear the full cost of the missing products, and they were not willing to provide a refund or reimbursement.
As a customer, I find this extremely unfair and unacceptable. I paid for these products and expected them to be delivered safely. If a delivery is left in an unsecured location and items subsequently go missing, customers should not simply be expected to absorb the loss without any investigation or support.
I expected McQueen’s Dairy to take this matter seriously, investigate what happened with the delivery company/person, and offer an appropriate refund or replacement for the missing products.
Unfortunately, based on this experience and the way my complaint was handled, I have lost confidence in McQueen’s Dairy’s delivery service and customer support. I will also be cancelling my current and future orders.
I hope McQueen’s will review its delivery procedures and customer service approach so that other customers do not experience the same problem.
Would be nice if the milkman could leave the milk on the doorstep not half way on property and also take the used bottles away
