Ingredients
- 2 Slices Kingsmill Bread
- 1 McQueens Dairies Free Range Eggs
- 3 tbsp Milk
- ΒΌ tsp Cinnamon (Optional)
- Β½ tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)
- Butter or Oil
- Maple syrup, honey or fresh fruit
Instructions
STEP 1 - Whisk the mixture
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg, milk,Β cinnamonΒ and vanilla until smooth.
STEP 2 - Soak the bread
- Dip each slice of bread into the mixture.
- Let it soak just enough to absorb the liquid β butΒ donβtΒ let it go soggy.
STEP 3 - Fry until golden
